变工况对离心风机叶轮磨损的影响

摘要:本文借助FLUENT对变工况离心式通风机进行了气固两相流的数值模拟,在进行数值模拟时采用整机流场的模拟,使用面发射源,分析工况变化对离心风机叶片压力面的磨损情况,得出相对优质的风机运行工况,针对此采取措施控制风机的磨损。

Abstract:

Abstract: This paper makes use of the FLUENT to the variable working condition centrifugal fan on the gas-solid two phase flow numerical simulation, the simulation of the whole flow field simulation, the use of surface source, analysis condition change on centrifugal fan blade pressure surface wear, it is concluded that the relative quality fan operation condition, in view of the situation to take measures to control fan wear.
